“Tune your ears to wisdom, and concentrate on understanding. Cry out for insight, and ask for understanding. Search for them as you would for silver; seek them like hidden treasures. Then you will understand what it means to fear the LORD, and you will gain knowledge of God.” Proverbs 2:2-5 NLT

How many of us pray or ask God for wisdom? Wisdom is the understanding of God. Wisdom comes from God. We have to pray and seek the face of Christ to be able to understand how to use wisdom in all situations.  Now is a time for us all to be more intimate with Christ to gain all wisdom knowledge and better understanding. We are faced with hard times in all different directions. Society has given us all even more difficult tasks within all circumstances, but we will endure and press on forward by the power and wisdom from God. How can we seek God’s face in today’s society? By distancing yourself from people that don’t have your best interest at heart. Second, by acknowledging who God is, repenting and opening your mind and heart to him. Third, pray for those who persecute you. Last, pray for those you love and ask forgiveness for of your sins and also to restore peace and love in your life. We have to remind ourselves that God who sent his son to die for us all has showed us grace and mercy to allow us to be here. We can’t take this life for granted for these are our earthly bodies and we will all hopefully make it to heaven one day. Proverbs2:2-5 says “Tune your ears to wisdom, and concentrate on understanding. Cry out for insight, and ask for understanding. Search for them as you would for silver; seek them like hidden treasures. Then you will understand what it means to fear the LORD, and you will gain knowledge of God.” Today allow some quiet time for God to pray for wisdom in all areas of your life.
